Many mental and physical illnesses are due to, or exacerbated by, inflammation and imbalances in our lifestyles and bodies. Mindfulness may make us aware of the situation and give us tools. The individual or collective may make changes to improve their issues. 


Mindfulness shows us how we are alike and connected. May we assist people of all faiths in learning the value of mindfulness and breathing for their whole health. Yoga simply means union. Mind and body and soul. Tai Chi is another moving meditation whose roots are in philosophy and nature, not deities. Prayer can be like a mindful meditation with your higher power.
